Doc360°

careNext’s physician grading system that enables consumers to select the best physician for their personal healthcare needs, using a truly quantifiable measure. Doc360°™ can serve as the single source of truth when targeting personal healthcare. The score is derived from sourcing and aggregating physician ratings from multiple webs sources based on volume and content, and weighting them; adding pertinent CMS data and a soon to be implemented real-time Prime Relationship Intelligence Matrix (PRIM) survey score taken at the point-of-care, and applying an additional algorithm to arrive at a single “real” score for rating individual physicians.

careNextER

careNextER™ brings our solution full circle by specifically capturing the value of time during the patient visit. Introduced initially in the ER setting, this tablet-based application provides real-time procedure or immediate communication back to the patient to create measurable “delivery of care expectations” that can be tracked throughout the visit, allowing both patients and providers to work towards the same time as a value goal. At the conclusion of the visit, the patient completes a 14-question satisfaction survey; responses are posted immediately to the provider prior to the patient discharge, allowing for the possible further clarification of answers and the active management of patient perceptions. The real-time nature of our PRIM score produces a critical multiplier within the careNextER algorithm, offering a “closed-loop” approach to the patient perception of service conundrum.

careNextVault™ is careNext’s digital consumer platform that removes the headaches from the healthcare visit and distills it down to its most important elements. careNextVault delivers a healthcare “easy button” while offering a great opportunity to minimize costs per visit and benefit providers. Within careNextVault, the patient will be able to enter their intake data and other personal healthcare information, including their Wellness Intelligence Quotient (WIQ) Score, for safe and secure storage. By providing easily accessible information for patients and providers, we save both time and costs.

Wellness Intelligence Quotient (WIQ)

A careNext-designed wellness score that is also housed within careNextVault. WIQ™ provides a consumer with the tools to assess and self-inventory their current wellness, benchmarked against that of a “healthy” person, to drive a renewed personal responsibility for one’s healthcare. The consumer owns and controls this data and is rewarded for any use. The WIQ provides value to the consumer by (1) simplifying and expediting a patient’s office visit; and (2) gaining a financial reward from entities who can use and/or benefit from that data.

Patient Relationship Intelligence Matrix

careNext's Patient Relationship Intelligence Matrix (PRIM)™ Score. careNext's PRIM Score is derived from the point-of-care survey conducted during the discharge process and subjected to an attestation process – proof that the survey was generated by a real patient or their caregiver – and is based on the value of time during the visit. This establishes a baseline and removes much of the subjectivity that accompanies rating sites. PRIM also allows for immediate behavior modification and possible on-the-spot training.
